About Heather

Heather's love for the Adirondacks began as a college student at St. Lawrence University. For the next 30 years, she and her husband made the trip north several times a year — skiing Whiteface, hiking, and camping with their three kids in tow. When COVID hit in 2020, the move finally made sense, and Essex, NY, has been home ever since (their herd of alpacas has never seen so much green pasture).

Background:

• Raised in real estate — grew up in Duxbury, MA, in a family steeped in the business, where closings, inspections, and pre-approvals were dinner-table conversation

• A natural next step — getting licensed here in the Adirondacks followed a lifetime of exposure to the industry

• A team-first mindset — coached high school lacrosse for many years, leading the team to countless record-breaking victories

• President of the Essex Theatre Company — has produced, directed, and performed in a wide variety of shows in recent years
